Progression's group fitness program is run by Callum Smith. It is a perfect way to reach your health and fitness goals and have fun while doing it. The program includes cardiovascular and strength training, with a huge emphasis on moving well with perfect technique. Our sessions can also be catered to all fitness levels. Callum creates a fun and motivating environment which ensures you get the most out of every workout.

 Both our Gi BJJ and No-Gi Grappling programs are the perfect way to learn one of the most effective forms of martial arts. 


Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, also known as BJJ, is a grappling-based sport that focuses on ground fighting and submissions. 


Progression MMA is currently the best team in the state in for No Gi taking out the AFBJJ state titles and also has been awarded overall best team at multiple Aus Grappling Canberra events.


With Duke's extensive experience as a black belt in BJJ, he'll teach you everything you need to know to excel in the sport. Come and experience some of the best BJJ in Canberra!

 Run by Canberra Boxing royalty Beau Hartas, our boxing program will have you throwing punches like a pro in no time. Beau's got a wealth of experience and will teach you everything from proper stance to throwing the perfect combination!

 Our new kickboxing program, features regular sessions on Mondays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 10am and caters for beginners looking to learn a new skill through to current fighters looking to polish up their striking.


Our program will be led by Coach Robin Vlieger, who brings nearly 30 years of experience and a deep background in striking martial arts.

At Progression MMA, we believe in the power of strong women. Our new Women's Boxing Program is carefully crafted to empower you both inside and outside the ring, fostering a welcoming and supportive community.


Lead by the experienced duo of Sarah Watt and Julie Kapeen, our program offers a 

comprehensive boxing experience for women looking to get fit and learn some new skills! 


Womens boxing will run Thursday 7pm and Saturdays 9am, all members of the Women’s Boxing Program also have access to all our Friday Fighting Fitness sessions at:

5:45am, 6:15am & 12:15pm.

Progression's  Recovery Centre features a custom built 1200 litre Ice Bath holding up to 4 people and utilising iCools most powerful chilling machine: The Ice man capable of temperatures near zero degrees!


Paired with a custom built, traditionally styled genuine Finnish Sauna made from 100% Western Red Cedar sourced directly from Finland! Capable of temperatures over 90 degrees and able to accomodate up to 6 people!
