At Progression MMA, we pride ourselves on providing a world-class, state-of-the-art facility for our members. Located lakeside in the heart of Tuggeranong, our 350 square meter lakeside location offers a unique training experience. The facility is air-conditioned and heated to ensure your comfort during training. We also offer ample parking and new stylish toilets and showering facilities for both male and females and a chilled water bubbler to keep you hydrated during your workout.
World Class Mat Area
Our facility is equipped with Fuji tatami mats on a professional crafted sprung floor to reduce impact when thrown and surrounded by over 20 metres of 2m high wall mats to ensure the highest level of safety on the mats
Handcrafted custom boxing facility
Featuring a custom 6.5m x 6.5m squared boxing ring unlike anywhere else! Complimented by Fuji boxing bags on a sliding rack system so the bags can be utilised either in the boxing area on the mats for MMA striking.
Aesthetic Strength and Fitness
Our gym is fully equipped with 2 squat racks, 15m sled track and large group fitness area.
