Led by head coach Duke Didier, our MMA program brings together boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to help students develop a well-rounded skill set. Classes focus on practical techniques, live training and continual improvement in a supportive team environment.
You don’t need any previous experience to get started. New members are introduced to the fundamentals and can progress at their own pace, while more experienced athletes have access to advanced training and competition opportunities.
Over the years, Progression MMA has helped develop athletes competing across amateur and professional MMA at an international level, while maintaining a welcoming culture that makes training enjoyable for everyone.
