Progression's group fitness program is the perfect way to reach your health and fitness goals and have fun while doing it. The program includes cardiovascular and strength training, with a huge emphasis on moving well with perfect technique. Our Sessions can also be catered to all fitness levels. Callum creates a fun and motivating environment which ensures you get the most out of every workout.
Below are descriptions you can expect at Progression
Intensity sessions are programmed to improve aerobic capacity and muscular endurance. The aim is to keep the heart rate high throughout the whole 45 minutes through a variety of high intensity conditioning exercises completed in either short or longer intervals.
Strength is the ability to produce force. Our Force sessions are programmed for members to become stronger, to build muscle and to move better. Expect the big compound lifts as well as isolation exercises all with a huge emphasis on perfect technique.
Fighting Fit sessions will be programmed similarly to our Intensity sessions. We aim to improve conditioning whilst also incorporating elements from MMA.
All In sessions are programmed to combine key elements of Force and Intensity into a hybrid workout. You can expect compound lifts as well as the big cardio exercises. All In is the best way to start the weekend!
